“Hemos tenido unas vacaciones extraordinarias, queremos regresar a este hotel. Esta ubicado en una excelente ubicación 👌. Cerca del Times Square, puedes moverte con facilidad caminando y en tren. La habitación es super cómoda y hermosa. Tiene nevera, microondas,tal como se muestran en las fotos. El buffet de desayuno estuvo espectacular, todos los días había variedad. El trato de los empleados excelente 👌especialmente de Felix, gracias por su atención y servicio. Hablan español, todo esta bien limpio. Desearas caminar en todo momento 🥰”

“Not good housekeeping and customer service here. Paying to stay in a hotel and have to maintain my own room and get my own supplies, which the hotel should give. I’ve called front desk multiple times in one day asking for supplies and never got. Tried to talk to housekeeping in the hall and they don’t speak English and didn’t even try to help or even call someone that can. When I first checked in room it didn’t seem clean. Sheets were dirty took them off and asked for new ones it took housekeeping three days to bring me sheets slept on towels. Also think it’s really strange housekeeping uses the laundry area that guest use. The guest washers are small and housekeeping shove sheets and towels in those doubt they’re clean. I’m a Hilton Honors member and have stayed in other Homewood suites this one needs to restock/replace their kitchen supplies, clean the vents heavy dust on the ceiling and fix bathroom leaks. There’s a fitness center, outdoor area on 22 floor and guest laundry which cost $3.50 a load!! There’s breakfast that start at 6am but they only put out a few items then at 8am all breakfast out. They are being cheap on breakfast not much to fill you maybe better off going out to eat breakfast at times. Outside of hotel is gross the neighborhood is trash. Every morning leave out there are people laying out. This hotel is not in Times Square it’s many blocks away.”
