“Trying to re-book a wedding date at this resort is the most maddening process I have ever experienced. If it was appropriate to post the email thread from the Xcarat team regarding this process, I absolutely would to hopefully prevent anyone else from even thinking about booking an event here. And I pray that someone from management actually reads these reviews and reaches out so I can show them how their team handles clients. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT book an event with this resort.”
