“Wonderful place to stay. Too far from home. I don't like leaving the good USA. Our purpose was to visit the shrine in Guadalupe. Great beds, quiet surroundings.”

“The staff and accommodations at this hotel are top notch, room was ideal for a single traveller in business class. There's a gym with dual machines per focus area of the body, the spa and sauna facilities are also world class. I stayed a week and I loved it. Food options were in line with Mexican cuisine. I bought my room with breakfast included, makes for a great way to start the day, its buffet style, so all you can eat between 7 and midday.”

My husband and I have stayed here a few times and it's always great. Lounge access really enhances the stay with light breakfast, all-day snacks, and light dinner options in the evening. The hotel is located centrally in the Reforma and serves as a great home base if you're planning to walk around and take the metro to various places. Staff is great. The bar in the lobby has excellent drinks. The bartenders are friendly and professional and seem to really enjoy being there. Even when not staying at the hotel, we usually stop in for drinks at the bar at some point during our trip!

Great hotel, really accommodating staff, and awesome location. The rooms were clean and modern - no weird smells or noises. Beautiful gym and spa area. I wish they were Little more environmentally friendly with their drinking water and toiletries, but I realize that's not the standard.

Location was good. Room was always clean. The staff. They tried to charge me a different rate when checking in, and tried to claim it was "taxes". They also charged me $260 per day for "incidentals".

The personnel were wonderful and were concerned about the taxi to the airport being safe. The key didn't work and I had to go back to the desk to get it reprogramed.
