Para descansar muy bien agradable , aunque sea pequeño los cuartos no hay ventana auxiliar para oxigenarse .... La comida pésima ..el cocinero le vale madre ... Dónde se a visto que las hierbas o infuciones sean hechas de hierbas para terapia medicinal de baños y sauna .... La infucion tiene que ser agradable de acuerdo a la comida brindada .... Bueno se me cayeron a la firme .... Q más se espera del centro de Lima ... Invito a los demás a hospedarsea los conos de Lima que son mejores y tienen la calidez de casa q uno tanto quiere ....

My visit was only to the restaurant for lunch. The surrounding area is extremely busy at lunchtime. This restaurant is an oasis. Good food, not too crowded (I guees few people realize that there is a restaurant for lunch here), good service. Try it.

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lima! The friendly staff went above and beyond my entire stay to make it a welcoming and comfortable stay. Beautiful rooftop pool and a very clean overall! Great place!

Overpriced and underserviced.I booked this through trip advisor under the belief I had already paid as there was a pending payment on my credit card. Also booked this in expectation of a quiet room to rest which was my only request. However after checking in tried to call for room service several times but got no response to the point I had to get dressed and travel from the twelth floor to get their attention and I am a disabled person so it was a long trip and when I arrived found the Manger Cindy and her receptionist chatting casually their excuse being that they were busy attending to arrivals even though there we none present. When I finally got my room service dinner by midnight I was okay with the service but no with the long time it took. Furthermore on the Saturday night when I arrived at the hotel I was robbed while security watched without assistance then some people were checking into the rooms next to me at 1:30 Sundaymorning and were moving furniture and making a lot ofnoise destroying my sleep. On Monday night after returning to my room after being out all day I arrived my room had not been cleaned after reporting this the house keeping staff Andreas arrived and entered without knocking while I was changing seeing me naked invading my privacy I reported this but no action was taken by the Shift Manager Raul. Then on Tuesday morning I was woken at 6:00AM by phone and house keeping disturbing my sleep which they claimed was by mistake. The manager Cindy tried to make it up to me with a free meal at dinner but it had hair in it so I reordered a new meal at my own cost and dispose of the free one. I was surprised by the treatment as I tipped all staff every time and remained polite. The TV remote never worked in the room and had to be eventually replaced. Finally when checking out I was roughly treated by Raul claiming I had not paying for the room even though they had my credit card details and I had given these to trip advisor which was highly rude considering I always paid up front for everything. Considering the cost I do not recommend this Hotel as the service does not meet the standards they sell themselves as having.

Hey hey this was a fantastic stay and great care. I have to give a special shout out to RAUL who was caring, helped us decide on our next destination and we will most definitely stay there again. FITNESS CENTER and breakfast was first rate!!!

Ramada Encore has a great location, San Isidro, in the financial zone. So, if you are in a business travel and needs to move around San Isidro, this is a good location, once Lima traffic is terrible...

There is a lack of water while you are in the shower (it's not funny) the people is very nice the restroom crowded few variety in the menu they are repairing the street any yu could hear the noise...
