Business meeting group, first time attendance. Even though none of the group was saying their, the owner Ravi and his staff were excellent and took good care of us all.

The hotel was nice and room was clean but there were several little things that added up to a less than ideal experience. First, the hotel website includes a restaurant as an amenity. However, there is no restaurant and the little bar they have is closed. This is not mentioned anywhere on the website. Second, and a bit trivial, the "pantry" area doesn't have any snickers. Third, the fitness center had no water cups for the water cooler. Lastly, and the one that put me over the edge to write this review, the desk chair in my room was broken. I am here on a work trip and need to get some things done while in my room. So, I write this review while sitting in a broken and uncomfortable chair. I know what your thinking, why didn't you just ask to get a new chair...? I did, and the response I got was ridiculous. I was told there was no engineer on-site so the chair couldn't be switched out (mind blown). The lady at the front desk asked if I wanted to switch rooms. I already have all of my stuff set up and unpacked in this room. It would be a huge inconvenience to switch. I asked, if I can switch rooms, why can't we just switch a chair from the room you would switch me to? I was told that she couldn't do that. This level of "service" is unacceptable and frankly I'm dumbfounded that I can't simply get a rolling chair switched out. Wish I could leave a better review but don't expect to be helped if you run into an issue while at this hotel.

The staff was the only good part of our stay at this location. The walls are paper thin and floors echo. Was able to hear the adjacent guest throughout the night. Only one towel was available in bathroom. No hand towels, no extra bath towels. Spotted silverfish crawling on wall. Limited number of outlets near bed. Automatic blinds would open and close at will. AC/heater busted, would continue to rise in temp to 80+ even when set to 70. 3 star hotel, but feels like a 2 star. Not the best night leading up to an early flight.

Came to Virginia to visit my mother during Thanksgiving and was expecting something a little better. The hotel is located in a sketchy part of town and but it is Richmond. The sofa bed mattress is as thin as a magazine, so it offered no support. Loud guest.

We came during Hurricane Ian because my son was returning from almost a year long deployment. We showed up around noon and not only did we check in we actually were able to get into our room. The entrance was very clean and inviting, they even provide free bottles of water. We checked our room out before bringing our luggage in, the room was spotless, comfortable and the a/c was super cold!! Upon going down to get our luggage the manager of the hotel brought up the elevator for us and thanked us for staying there. (We have NEVER had that happen in all of our travels to hotels)!!! He was also very busy checking things….again most managers you never even see! I was impressed! Now let me get to the true star of the hotel…..Ms. Michelle…what a gem! She provided crayons and coloring pictures for my grandson to occupy him and even asked him to give her one to hang up on her wall. Then she assisted us in getting a second room for my son due how late he was getting back that evening…...AND (probably out of her own pocket) got a bottle of wine for he and my daughter-in-law to celebrate with. I can’t even express enough how Ms. Michelle went above and beyond to make the celebration of my son’s return more enjoyable!!!!!! I can only wish that all hotel stays were this pleasant!!!
